Introduction
 
Minnesota is called the land of 10,000 lakes. Minnesotans can fish, boat, and swim. Water skiing was first done on lake Pepin. Minnesotans also enjoy winter sports. Many go snowmobiling, skiing, Ice skating, and ice fishing. Snowmobiles were invented in Minnesota. Minnesota is home to the United States Hockey Hall of Fame. It is located in the city of Eveleth on Hat Trick Avenue. For indoor fun, Minnesotans enjoy the Mall of America. It is in Bloomington, a suburb of Minneapolis. This mall is one of the largest in north America. It has more than 500 stores. It also has an amusement park and a walk-through aquarium
